This document describes the processing of personal data during normal browsing of the public website of the Centre for Smart and Resilient Mobility RESISTRANS. The website does not contain forms for submitting personal data. Last updated: 12 September 2026.

The controller is the Czech Technical University in Prague, specifically the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, Konviktská 20, 110 00 Prague 1, identification no. 68407700. The website is operated by the Centre for Smart and Resilient Mobility RESISTRANS at this faculty.

Audience measurement (Matomo)

• Purpose: statistical evaluation of website traffic and website improvement.
• Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Data processed: anonymised IP address, date and time of the visit, visited URL, referrer, browser language, information about the browser and operating system, and interactions such as clicks on external links or file downloads.
• Recipients: Matomo is self-hosted on the server analytics.fd.cvut.cz. Measurement data is not shared with third parties.
• Transfers to third countries: data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
• Retention: raw data about individual visits is retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted. Aggregated statistics that do not contain personal data are retained for the lifetime of the website.

IP addresses are anonymised (last 2 bytes), so you cannot be identified on their basis. No cookies are used for the measurement itself.

This cookie only stores your decision, does not identify you, is not shared with any third party, and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings. The cookie is retained until you change your choice or delete it.

Technical website operation records

To ensure the operation, availability and security of the website, technical records may be processed, in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer and browser information. These data are used to deliver content, detect technical problems and protect the website against misuse. The processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest; the only possible recipient is the operator of the technical infrastructure acting as a processor. Raw records about individual requests are retained for 12 months.

Your rights

In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object, in particular to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at webmaster@fd.cvut.cz.
